Dr. Alex Tran graduated from the prestigious Royal Free School of Medicine, University of London, in 1995. Following his postgraduate training, he has been practicing as a General Practitioner since 2000. In recent years, Dr. Tran has developed a specialist interest in aesthetic medicine and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

Botulinum toxin injections
Botulinum toxin injection is an effective treatment for thrown lines, crows feet and fine wrinkles around the mouth and chin. It is FDA approved
treatment and millions of men and women each year have this done around the world. It involves injection of small droplets of
Botulinum toxin in specific points on the face to relax the muscle causing the frowning and wrinkles. The injections are made with tiny
needles and is virtually painless. A numbing cream can be used but is rarely required. Effects generally lasts for 3 months

Ellansé
Ellansé is an additional treatment for facial rejuvenation. It can lift the cheeks and firm the neck line by being injected in strategic points on the face and jaw line. The injections are mixed with a local anaethetic and is virtually painless. The effects achieved are immediate and can last from one to four years depending on the type of Ellansé used.

Dermaroller and Microneedling
Dermaroller and microneedling is a technique on increasing the collagen in the skin which starts diminishing from early 20s onwards as the body stops producing this, leading to the skin losing its elasticity and firmness. After applying a numbing cream to the skin, fine needles are applied to the skin to stimulate new collagen production. To achieve best results, a series of treatments space every 4 weeks are recommended. As well as firming the skin for a more youthful appearance, the treatment also improves appearance of scars, acne scarring, stretch marks, and open pores.
Dermal fillers
Dermal fillers are effective treatments for filling in wrinkles and depressions in the face. After application of a numbing a cream on the face, the filler is injected under the skin to fill out the wrinkle. Dermal fillers are made from Hyaluronic acid (a natural sugar in all living organism) and at Hornchurch healthcare Dr Tran can advise on the best type of filler for your needs and indications. Depending on the type of filler used, results can last from 6 months to 18 months. Additionally results are instantaneous.
